The Risk Intelligence team builds fullstack systems and customer-facing products that power Samsara's AI-driven safety and risk solutions. Our mission is to transform massive streams of video, telemetry, and contextual data into actionable insights that help fleets reduce accidents, exonerate drivers, and manage operational risk. At scale, this means not only detecting risky driving behaviors but also uncovering complex patterns across vehicles, infrastructure, and environments to provide a holistic view of safety. As a Senior Software Engineer II on the team, you will design and deliver AI-powered products across web, mobile, and API surfaces that surface new detections and insights at scale. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and ML teams to integrate cutting-edge models into customer workflows, own complex technical problems spanning data pipelines to front-end experiences, and deliver scalable, reliable systems that improve real-world outcomes for fleets globally.
