About The Position

KBR is seeking Senior Engineers for Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) to lead the design, integration, and modernization of enterprise identity solutions that support mission-critical systems within NASIC. Senior Engineers guides the customer and team regarding architecture, integration, and development of ICAM services, enabling secure identity and access across mission systems.

Requirements

  • DoD 8570/8140 compliant certification (IAT Level II or higher), such as CompTIA Security+.
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 8 years of related experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Candidate must have an active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance
  • Experience with containerization (e.g. Docker/Kubernetes, Helm, YAMLs)
  • Experience with DevSecOps, ArgoCD, GitLab, CI/CD, JIRA/Confluence
  • Experience with Cloud environments and development for cloud
  • Unix/Linux Operating System Experience
  • Must be able to support an in-person / closed-area work environment
  • Experience with Golang
  • Experience with Python
  • Experience with Relational Databases and SQL
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Experience with Gradle
  • Experience with Swagger

Nice To Haves

  • Experience implementing ICAM solutions within DoD or Intelligence Community environments
  • Experience with automated software requirements testing and analysis
  • Experience developing and deploying containerized applications in distributed environments
  • Experience with MySQL, MariaDB, and/or PostgreSQL
  • Experience with React, JBlocks, Angular, TypeScript, and web development
  • Experience performing UI/UX design
  • Experience with Open Policy Agent (OPA)

Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise in ICAM architecture, identity services, and access management frameworks.
  • Support development and integration of ICAM services, including entitlements and identity services.
  • Collaborate across development teams implementing secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Support integration of ICAM capabilities across mission applications and cloud environments.
  • Provide guidance on cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.
  • DoD PKI CAC/PIV authentication Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC)
  • Cross-domain identity federation Zero Trust identity frameworks
  • ICAM modernization initiatives
  • Any other tasks closely associated with the performance of duties listed above
