Senior Software Engineers are reliable, trusted, knowledgeable, and productive.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in mentoring or teaching other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Run projects autonomously or without substantial oversight.
• Iron out the vagaries of requirements and break problems down into tractable pieces.
• Implement solutions with minimal hand-holding.
• Drive quality improvements and resolve pages or CritSits.
• Provide regular and proactive updates on work status.
• Mentor or teach other engineers on the team or in related product areas.
• Participate in the interview process to hire the best candidates.
• Support excellent onboarding of new interviewers.
