About The Position

The Member Experience Engineering team builds the web and mobile experiences that Spring Health members use to access care. We blaze trails with green field innovation, iterate rapidly on feature roadmaps, and optimize the experiences to reduce friction. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a team responsible for growing and improving our onboarding experiences. The role is full time, reports to a technically hands on Engineering Manager, is hybrid with our hub in NYC, with travel opportunities at least twice per year for in person events.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience as a software engineer
  • At least 3 years of experience with React, Typescript and Javascript
  • Preferably at least 3 years of experience working with backends: Ruby preferred
  • Track record of proactive and collaborative leadership style
  • Track record of technical leadership, creating clarity from ambiguity
