About The Position

Kajabi is hiring Senior Growth Engineers to experiment, iterate, and drive measurable impact across our Hero journey—from signup to activation to retention. You’ll be part of our Growth Team: a fast-moving, data-informed group focused on solving high-leverage problems across the full funnel. We’re looking for full-stack engineers who love building features that directly influence a creator’s decision to choose Kajabi for their business or their ability to make money on our platform. The right candidate will move with urgency and focus, obsess over product metrics, and be comfortable running frequent A/B tests to move key business outcomes. If you're excited to write production-ready code one day (and sometimes IN one day) and analyze experiment results the next, this role is for you.

Requirements

• You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with product managers, analysts, and designers to solve complex growth challenges.
• You are comfortable querying data (SQL, dashboards, analytics tools) and advocating for better instrumentation where needed.
• You demonstrate resilience and curiosity: most experiments fail, but you find the insights and keep pushing forward.
• You communicate clearly and thoughtfully, whether you’re articulating tradeoffs or mentoring teammates.
• You design production-aware features and experiments, ensuring safe database rollouts and minimal impact on a high-traffic Postgres system.
• You provide technical leadership, feedback, and mentorship to mid-level and junior developers, helping the whole team raise their bar.
• You use automation and AI-assisted tools to increase delivery speed while preserving quality and maintainability.
• Write clean, simple, well-tested code that is easy to understand and maintain.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with experimentation platforms or building internal A/B testing infrastructure.
• Exposure to bottoms-up SaaS models or virality-driven products.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Looker, Hex, Rudderstack).
• Operational experience deploying on cloud based infrastructure and monitoring via Datadog.
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading growth engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on new and existing features that influence a creator’s decision to join and help them make money from Day 1
• Launch experiments at a high velocity with a sharp eye toward quality and business impact.
• Add instrumentation, build dashboards, and collaborate with product analytics to measure what matters.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities using data, customer research, and your own insights.
• Architect clean, maintainable code across our Rails and React stack, while optimizing for rapid iteration and experimentation.
• Collaborate on growth-specific tooling, infrastructure, and workflows to increase team velocity.
• Connect users to Kajabi’s core value by optimizing flows across the product experience.
• Follow through on experiments and features—analyze results, learn, and act on them.
• Scope, own, and execute projects ranging from tactical funnel improvements to bold product bets.
