  • Design and deliver growth-driven features including acquisition, conversion, and efficiency.
  • Drive engineering best practices: quality, testing, documentation, observability, and production monitoring.
  • Shape technical strategy, crafting architectural proposals and aligning engineering roadmaps with Growth & GTM objectives.
  • Scale GTM systems: automate Sales & Ops workflows, build self-serve activation experiences, and integrate with third-party tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to turn business insights into impactful technical solutions.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and API development.
  • Experience with complex systems: microservices, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Docker, and AWS environments.
  • Proven collaboration with Product, Design, and Go-to-Market teams.
  • Product-first mindset: ability to empathize with customers and link technical choices to business impact.
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus).
  • Experience in B2B SaaS / Growth Engineering.
  • Knowledge of RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, AWS Glue, Salesforce.
  • Experience building high-availability systems and observability.
  • Track record of driving PLG/PLS strategies or building Sales/GTM enablement tools.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered features.
