Marriott International is seeking a highly engaged and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join a high-performing and nimble application development team. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level web applications using TypeScript, ReactJS or NodeJS in an ecosystem that includes databases, content and document management systems, and the AWS suite of services. This individual will play a critical role in engineering and serving as a technical expert for Global Lodging and Corporate Systems products and services. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of full-stack solutions and experience in leading technology projects, product delivery, and working closely with business and extended IT stakeholders and teams. The candidate should be flexible and an engaging team player. In this role, the candidate will assume technical ownership of product delivery and advocate for appropriate industry standards and best practices that align with the company's technology framework, guidelines and polices.
