About The Position

We are seeking a talented, driven, and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join us in defining the future of AI + human healthcare. You will have significant responsibility and ownership over our product, along with the opportunity to shape the future of our engineering organization. You will work cross-functionally with product, clinical, and commercial teams while interfacing with prominent healthcare organizations nationwide as we lead the future of AI in clinical care.

Requirements

• 5+ years of building production software, ideally with 2+ years at startups or growth companies.
• Proficiency in our tech stack: React, NextJs, Node.js (Typescript), React Native, Postgres, AWS, Terraform, Redis.
• Experience building at scale, serving hundreds of thousands of end-users and large enterprise clients.
• Opinionated about up-leveling your own engineering skills and the team around you.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and recent AI developments.
• You are a self-motivated, creative doer who takes ownership of broad initiatives and drives them to completion, navigating ambiguity with ease.
• You have hands-on experience building consumer-facing products from the ground up in a high-growth, startup environment.
• You thrive on working alongside exceptional teammates and derive energy from fast-moving collaborative environments.
• You are familiar with AI/ML concepts and excited to work on the frontier of AI applications
