Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

Requirements
- 5–15 years of experience building and shipping B2B or B2C SaaS products.
- Strong recent experience in full-stack product engineering.
- Proven track record of taking products from 0 → 1 → scale.
- Experience as part of an early engineering team (first 20–50 engineers) at a scaling startup or high-growth company.
- Strong proficiency with React, Ruby on Rails, and Postgres (or comparable modern full-stack technologies).
- Comfortable leading technical discussions and owning complex architectural decisions.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to incorporate feedback into product iterations.
- Demonstrated career progression and solid tenure history.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in fintech, payments, or transaction-heavy systems.
- Experience building systems involving ledgers, reconciliation, or financial infrastructure.
- Background in fast-paced, product-driven environments with strong customer engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
Responsibilities
- Lead ambiguous, high-impact technical initiatives from concept to production.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs, backend services, and customer-facing experiences.
- Contribute across the stack (frontend, backend, and platform) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Architect systems capable of supporting billions in annual payment volume with real-time controls and high reliability.
- Partner closely with Product, Operations, and GTM teams to translate customer needs into elegant technical solutions.
- Make thoughtful tradeoffs between speed, user experience, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
- Contribute to a strong engineering culture by participating in architecture discussions while remaining hands-on in the codebase.
