We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to take ownership of major technical initiatives, starting with a full redesign and reskin of our core platform. You’ll work across the stack, but with a front-end lean (about 60/40), complementing our current engineering lead who is more back-end focused. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth, high-potential environments. You’ll have the autonomy to make meaningful technical changes that set the foundation for scale, while delivering a clean, modern experience for our patients and internal users. Our current tech stack includes a Nest.js backend, a React Native application, GCP infrastructure, and an enterprise-managed open source EMR. We recognize there’s technical debt, but leadership is fully supportive of rewrites, refactors, and building scalable systems the right way.
