About The Position

In this role, you will lead development of systems that manage our growing fleet of devices. The technology you create will enable Fleet Health operators to monitor device health, issue firmware updates, and more. Your decisions will directly impact the ability of our fleet to operate reliably and effectively at scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience at product-driven companies
• Ability to thrive in a low structure, high-autonomy environment with competing priorities
• You’ve built something from the ground up with broad ownership
• Experience with Python, React, Typescript, PostgreSQL

Nice To Haves

• Experience building human-in-the-loop or operationally complex tooling
• Experience with observability tooling such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Mimir
• Experience working in hardware/software contexts
