Worldscape is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. We are building next-generation AI decision-making capabilities and enabling agentic integration across our AI fabric. In this role, you will help design and implement core platform features that power end-to-end agentic solutions - from ingesting and transforming data to deploying, operating, and monitoring intelligent agents on our platform. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will tackle complex data integration challenges, build and evolve distributed real-time systems, and develop intuitive portal experiences. You will work hands-on with modern frameworks and advanced models to deliver a scalable, extensible, and reliable platform for authoring, hosting, and observing agentic workloads. This role partners closely with product management, studio teams, and fellow engineers to ensure strong integrations, high-quality execution, and predictable delivery for our customers. This is an onsite role that will be located in Redmond, WA.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Engineering, or related field.
Experience building AI-driven applications or distributed systems.
Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python, or C++).
Demonstrated passion for solving customer problems and delivering high-quality solutions.
10+ years of hands-on experience with data pipelines, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Familiarity with LLM frameworks, agent orchestration, and knowledge representation techniques.
Proven ability to work in agile environments, managing ambiguity and delivering impactful outcomes.

Nice To Haves

Experience in building AI-driven applications or distributed systems.
Hands-on experience developing full-stack solutions (React, Next.js, Typescript, Node.js)
Experience with nsjail, Firecracker and MS Orleans preferred.
Experience with vector databases, semantic search, and prompt engineering.
Knowledge of reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, or multi-agent coordination.
Familiarity with LLM frameworks, agent orchestration, and knowledge representation techniques.

Responsibilities

Design and implement backend services and APIs to power scalable, secure, and efficient agentic solutions.
Develop and optimize data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and real-time processing of large datasets.
Architect distributed systems leveraging cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) for high availability and fault tolerance.
Integrate backend logic with front-end frameworks(React, Next.js, Typescript) to deliver seamless user experiences.
Design and implement security best practices across authentication, authorization, and data protection layers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and QA to align technical solutions with business goals.
Conduct code reviews and enforce standards for performance, reliability, and security.
Continuously research and integrate emerging technologies such as LLM orchestration, multi-agent systems, and knowledge graphs.
Document architecture and technical decisions for transparency, scalability, and maintainability.
Influence platform evolution by contributing to low-code/no-code capabilities and innovative AI-driven features.
Fundamental understanding of the customer goal and end-to-end customer journey.
