About us Felicity is a beautiful creation tool for browser automations. Automating browser workflows is often a frustrating and time-consuming task for engineers and operators. At Felicity, our mission is to deliver a browser automation platform that combines elegant UI with blazing fast performance. We believe AI should enhance, not replace, structured systems. By layering AI with deterministic execution, Felicity delivers faster and more reliable outcomes than purely agentic tooling. We’re currently focused on the healthcare vertical, a space where manual workflows, data entry, and repetitive tasks are especially prevalent. Founded in late 2024, Felicity is already the browser automation platform of choice for several healthcare companies. We’ve raised $5.75M from top investors including Accel, XYZ, and Afore. You will join a small team of staff engineers from Square, Google, Oscar, Palantir, and Apple. Tech A real-time no-code editor built into a Chrome extension, powered by WXT. Advanced synchronization technology using CRDTs that allows live updates and consistency across multiple tabs and browsers. Proprietary execution engine, inspired by Playwright, built for speed and bulk runs on your local Chrome. Browser Automation Language (BAL) - our DSL that abstracts away instructions from execution and encodes common web paradigms.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering skills (TypeScript required).
• 4–6 years of experience as a full-stack engineer, with a strong frontend focus.
• Experience building production UIs with React, Tailwind and Radix.
• Experience working with modern web stacks (Next.js, Vercel, Supabase, Inngest).
• A strong eye for UI/UX and care deeply about polish, usability, and design quality.
• A track record of contributing to fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship core product features across our Chrome extension and web app.
• Enhance the user experience and usability of our no-code editor.
• Enrich our DSL with new capabilities and functionality.
• Improve the reliability of our execution engine.
• Partner directly with the founders to prioritize roadmap, scope projects, and ship iteratively.
