We are looking for Software Engineers to join the Onboarding Experience team in the Engineering department at Root. The Onboarding Experience team is responsible for the first-touch customer experience at Root and builds platforms that power new customer acquisition and policy customization. You’ll play a key role in solving customer and business problems in collaboration with your teammates and Product partners. The Onboarding Experience team’s systems have a direct impact on the customer experience across multiple business channels. This is a full-stack role with a front-end focus; the Onboarding Experience team works closely with many non-technical stakeholders, such as Design and Product departments, to implement delightful user experiences for our customers.
