About The Position

We are looking for a Software Engineer proficient with React, Next.js, and AI-native interfaces, with a plus for .NET and/or Python. You will be responsible for high quality, performant deliverables and for helping to create, evangelize, and enforce the standards necessary to meet team and company goals for the customer experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (computer science or related) or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience with languages and frameworks such as: React & Typescript
• 2+ years of experience with GraphQL
• Product-driven mindset with deep empathy for our customers and strong intuition for end-user experience and business value
• Strong desire to work in a startup with interest to take on projects from zero to one with collaboration with the rest of the team
• Love working hard and enjoy a fast-paced ambiguous environment
• Experience with distributed, reactive systems
• Open mindset to exploring new language and frameworks
• Passion for operational excellence
• Experience supporting cross-team efforts in order to roll-out a new feature or functionality
• Passion for learning and continuous improvement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and an interest in functional-programming
• Experience working in a Scrum/agile environment

• Working in an early startup environment or on SaaS products is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a resilient, performant manner

• Evaluate/recommend industry standards, tools, and methods
• Document software design and contribute to design reviews
