About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to shape the next generation of AI-driven developer experiences in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The Senior Software Engineer will design and build scalable platform capabilities that enable both human and AI agents to interact seamlessly with core product systems. You will work end-to-end across APIs, SDKs, web interfaces, and infrastructure, collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions. This position emphasizes high-leverage development, automation, and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate product delivery and user adoption. Ideal candidates are proactive, experimental, and comfortable operating in an environment where speed, quality, and innovation are paramount. You will influence the architecture and standards for agentic interfaces while building systems that scale across teams and users.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain versioned APIs, SDKs, or client libraries.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) integrated into development workflows.
• Proficiency in web technologies such as React or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong understanding of developer and agent user experience for APIs and platform tools.
• Bias toward automation, high-leverage solutions, and scalable system design.

Nice To Haves

• experience with agentic frameworks, MCP servers, Rust, Go, Java, or database/query engine SDKs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of APIs, SDKs, CLI tools, and web interfaces for human and agent users.
• Build high-leverage platform capabilities that automate workflows, improve quality, and accelerate team output.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and deliver solutions at the right abstraction level.
• Establish best practices for AI-assisted development and integrate tools that enhance team productivity.
• Develop observable, auditable systems with monitoring, alerting, and verification mechanisms.
• Mentor peers and contribute to overall platform architecture and strategy.
