About The Position

At Oracle our exciting mission to build a premier health data platform with intelligent services, brings about several interesting technical challenges. As part of this team, you will accelerate several architectural efforts - achieve orders of magnitude data processing latency improvement, creating comprehensive patient health records that can scale to entire populations of nations, creating a health data lake at massive scale to enable a host of intelligent health services. Healthcare applications are mission critical requiring advancement to highest levels of availability and disaster recovery capabilities. As we partner with Oracle Cloud engineering teams, you will participate in advancement and early adoption of cutting edge OCI Big Data, data lake and data warehouse services and products. The Health Data platform will have global reach, requiring engineering advancements to support varying data laws and regulations, data formats and content. As part of our mission to advance healthcare technology, you will play a key role in building a modern, secure, and compliant data platform that enables innovative AI-driven solutions. By constructing scalable data lakes, integrating diverse healthcare data sources, and ensuring data quality, availability, and compliance, you will empower teams to develop predictive analytics, personalized care recommendations, and intelligent clinical decision support tools. Your contributions will accelerate data-driven innovation, supporting a new era of AI-powered healthcare applications that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency, while adhering to stringent data regulations worldwide. We're looking for a highly skilled engineers to design and build high-scale, cloud-based data processing systems that can handle massive amounts of data with low latency. You'll work with software engineering leads and engineering managers to perform design, implement code and deliver data processing software to our customers and stakeholders.
