About The Position

Join a team of highly skilled and innovative engineers who play a key role in driving Front of Screen (FOS) visual quality across the Apple ecosystem. Apple's Compositing, Color, and Display Software organization provides the graphics software foundation for all of Apple's innovative products, including iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Mac and Apple Watch. The technologies we develop are central to enabling enhanced visual experiences across our platforms, from rendering Liquid Glass UI materials to rendering complex HDR media formats while maintaining artistic intent through color and display management. Requirements

  • Software development experience in one or more of the following: C/C++, Objective-C/Swift, TCL
  • Knowledge or experience in HDR WCG formats, such as Dolby Vision, HDR10, HDR10+, and HLG-HDR
  • Knowledge or experience in video and image systems and display technologies and laboratory tools and equipment commonly used to evaluate them
  • iOS/macOS development experience
  • Experience conducting or participating in subjective visual quality user studiesArray
