Join us in pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare. For everyone. Everywhere. Sustainably. Our inspiring and caring environment forms a global community that celebrates diversity and individuality. We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions. Join us in shaping the next generation of radiotherapy software delivery. We are building a modern, automated, virtualized, and containerized deployment ecosystem that powers mission-critical healthcare applications. If you enjoy technical depth, solving complex engineering problems, and driving large-scale infrastructure transformation, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Modern Deployment Architecture & Automation Lead the design and development of next-generation deployment orchestration workflows using Docker, containers, Kubernetes (on-prem) on RHEL, Ubuntu, and hybrid cloud environments. Architect, implement, and enhance CI/CD/CT pipelines to accelerate high-quality software releases. Modernize legacy build systems and support migration from TFS to Git/Azure DevOps. Build and manage artifact management workflows using JFrog Artifactory and modern package tools (NuGet, npm, etc.). Drive automation of installers and deployment workflows (MSI/WiX, containerized installers, secure package distribution). Virtualization, Infrastructure Drive and Deliver pipelines for virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM/QEMU, Libvirt, containerized deployments). Support and extend hybrid containerized clusters for compute workloads and orchestrated deployments. Develop Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using Terraform, Ansible etc. for resource provisioning and automation. Expert knowledge in GPU, USB passthrough mechanisms to enhance the functionality, efficiency and performance of applications in virtualized environments. Evaluate and implement rollback mechanisms for disk backup/restore, encryption/ decryption and system migration strategies, ensuring safety, reliability of the systems across virtualized environments. Build, Release & Installer Engineering Develop, maintain, and optimize build and release pipelines for radiotherapy products, cybersecurity packages, and DoD deliverables. Research, design, and implement standards and best practices for installation packaging, including re-engineering existing installers. Lead the creation of electronic golden media workflows, build infrastructure, and IQ/OQ/PQ documentation. Automate end-to-end deployment workflows to achieve single-click deployment across Windows, Linux, and virtualized environments. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Engineering Support Work closely with development, QE/ QA, operations teams including Field Service Engineers, teams to troubleshoot deployment issues and improve uptime. Build automated test labs for software deployment and provisioning (scripts: PowerShell, Bash, VBScript, Win Batch). Provide technical leadership in compliance-bound environments (QMS, medical device regulations). Drive design discussions and help teams adopt modern DevOps practices and cloud-native workflows.
