As a Senior Software Engineer on the Developer Experience Pod, you’ll lead technical projects that improve how engineers build, test, and ship code at Bubble. You’ll take ownership of complex initiatives, from shaping technical designs through execution, and ensure they deliver measurable improvements to developer velocity, performance, or satisfaction. You’ll work closely with the pod’s technical lead and engineering manager to prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with other Core teams to roll out changes that scale beyond the pod itself. This role is hands-on but also highly collaborative: you’ll mentor teammates, set standards for high-quality code and maintainable architectures, and help establish best practices that raise the bar across Core engineering.
