The Team and Role We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our ATS team, one of the most strategically important areas of Gem’s product suite. For two years, we’ve been building our ATS architecture from the ground up, working closely with top companies to design a modern, AI-powered system that reimagines how recruiting teams operate. Now, we are entering an exciting new phase: we are iterating rapidly, and preparing to launch with some of the largest and most recognizable industry partners. As a senior member of this team, you will play a critical role in: Designing the architecture of a system that is elegant today and will scale in the future. Making foundational technical decisions that will define how Gem's ATS evolves for years to come. Directly collaborating with customers, ensuring that what we build addresses the needs of large-scale modern recruiting teams.
