Google Cloud Storage (GCS) provides a dynamic and challenging opportunity for impact as a software engineer, given its scale, architecture, and growth. The GCS Resource Engineering team plays a critical role in supporting the growth, reliability, and efficiency of GCS, with quantifiable impact on feature teams, customers, and the business. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build data pipelines for forecasting demand and supply, develop systems to dynamically estimate capacity, and enable top customers who are depending on GCS to store and serve their data. This is a team at the intersection of software engineering, data science, and distributed systems, where engineers develop and apply a various range of skills and solve engineering problems for GCS.
