About The Position

We are looking for a Software Engineer dedicated to revolutionizing customer experiences through innovative data solutions. We leverage cutting-edge technologies to deliver personalized and impactful interactions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and adaptable Adobe Experience Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Adobe Experience Platform Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our Real-Time Customer Data Platform (CDP). You will leverage your expertise to integrate, analyze, and utilize customer data to enhance our marketing and customer engagement strategies. We are looking for a professional who is flexible and adept at problem-solving.

Requirements

5+ years of experience working with Customer Data Platforms, with a strong focus on Adobe Experience Platform or similar technologies
3+ years hands-on experience with application development and/or big data engineering tools
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certification

Nice To Haves

5-8 years of experience working with Customer Data Platforms, with a strong focus on Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe RT CDP, Adobe Target, or similar technologies
Experience working with the digital data layer, timeseries data, and real-time data integrations
Expertise in data integration tools and ETL processes, SQL, and database management
Experience with APIs, data modeling, and big data technologies is highly desirable
Proven ability to analyze complex data issues, develop solutions, and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of performing requirement analysis, solution architecture reviews and high-level solution design, resource-based and API specification development.
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Adobe Real-Time CDP Certification or related certifications.

Responsibilities

Identifies opportunities to enhance the service delivery processes.
Performs more complex quantitative and qualitative analyses for service delivery processes and projects.
Work with SSE to provide consultation for routine and complex systems development
Coordinates with Operations and Infrastructure teams for deployment and production support activities
Follows all defined IT standards and processes (i.e. IT Governance, SM&G, Architecture, etc.), and provides input for improvements to the appropriate process owners as needed
Maintains a proper balance between business and operational risk
