Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in software engineering.
Experience leveraging Gen AI technologies to accelerate software engineering by designing prompts, rigorously evaluating outputs, and integrating LLMs
Proven experience in leading the design and implementation of new platform services.
Expertise in building and maintaining large-scale, high-volume, high-availability, low-latency systems.
Strong understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in version control, code reviews, testing, and deployment automation.

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated experience in the payment industry or supporting platform development.
Ability to mentor and guide other engineers in best practices and advanced technical concepts.
Experience with machine learning model integration and data pipeline design.
