The Roblox Avatar defines the identity of every Roblox player and is one of the core pillars of the Roblox metaverse. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build the automation, performance analysis, and developer-facing systems that keep avatars high-quality, performant, and reliable at scale. In this role, you will own end-to-end tooling and infrastructure - from backend services to frontend dashboards - that allow us to measure, understand, and act on challenges across the entire avatar stack . Your work will directly enable us to ship better avatar experiences and will give internal teams and millions of Roblox creators the visibility and controls they need to build great content. You will report to the Engineering Manager for Avatar Heads and Bodies.
