Requirements

• Understand LLM strengths & limitations and how to work around them
• Care deeply about customer outcomes
• Thrive in 0 - 1 startup environments
• Communicate clearly and proactively
• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends
• 5 - 12 years of full-stack experience

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize complex NLP + multi-agent AI systems end-to-end
• Partner with design & product to integrate AI features seamlessly
• Build production-grade, reliable AI pipelines with measurable impact
• Prototype quickly, iterate fast, and scale quality solutions
• Work across the stack frontend, backend, and AI orchestration
