Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a software engineer with hands-on applied AI work
- Strong understanding of LLM behavior, limitations, and practical strategies for improving reliability
- Experience building and shipping full-stack or backend-heavy systems in production environments
- Comfort working in fast-paced startup settings with a high degree of ownership
- Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas and collaborate cross-functionally
- Passion for building high-quality, customer-impacting products rather than experimental research projects
Nice To Haves
- Experience with multi-agent systems, prompt or context engineering, or AI orchestration frameworks
- Background working with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, TypeScript) and backend systems
- Familiarity with Python-based AI tooling and modern cloud infrastructure
- Experience with strongly typed backend languages (e.g., C#, C++, or similar)
- Prior experience at high-growth startups or well-regarded technology companies
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize applied AI systems used in real-world, customer-facing products
- Develop and iterate on multi-agent architectures that are reliable, scalable, and production-ready
- Own AI features end-to-end, from early prototypes to polished production releases
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering partners to ensure seamless integration of AI into the user experience
- Tackle ambiguity head-on and drive projects from 0 → 1 in a fast-moving startup environment
- Contribute across the stack as needed to bring features fully to life
- Continuously evaluate new AI techniques and tools to improve system reliability and performance
