About The Position

We are looking for a hands-on builder who is comfortable owning problems end-to-end in a fast, early-stage environment. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with large language models (LLMs), agent architectures, and the ability to turn research into reliable products. A strong product sense is essential, as you will be translating messy legal and medical workflows into usable, trustworthy automation. You should have high ownership and a bias to action, thriving with autonomy and ambiguity. Being customer-obsessed and rapidly learning new domains while iterating based on impact is crucial.

Requirements

• Proven track record in building and deploying production ML/LLM systems, including agent frameworks, tool use, and orchestration.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML tooling such as vector stores, embeddings/RAG, evaluation, and tracing; solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience processing unstructured documents at scale, including pipelines, OCR, normalization, and metadata.
• Cloud/MLOps experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including containers, CI/CD, and observability.
• Excellent judgment, communication skills, and a bias for evidence; ability to write clear, discoverable notes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship autonomous agentic systems that plan, reason, and execute multi-step workflows.
• Build at scale by ingesting and structuring millions of unstructured documents such as medical records, insurance files, and legal PDFs.
• Fine-tune and deploy language models for extraction, entity linking, retrieval, and predictive analytics.
• Own the stack from modeling and tool orchestration to production deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Define evaluation and measurement frameworks; improve quality with experiments and data analysis.
• Partner with legal and clinical experts and engineering to deliver measurable business outcomes.
