About The Position
BorgWarner PDS (USA) Inc. seeks a Senior Software Development Lead Engineer based out of our office at 3800 Automation Avenue, Auburn Hills, MI 48326. Note, this is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work from the aforementioned address and from home. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the aforementioned address. Note, this position does not require travel. Lead the Software Project work to achieve software deliveries that meet the input requirements and program expectations with agreed resources and other prerequisites. Lead software configuration management, software requirements, software integration, software releases and development environments. Analyze sources of software requirements and identify requirements to be implemented. Coordinate software development activities within the Software Project. Maintain software schedule and release plan, milestones and managing Project resources. Identify Software Project risks and make recommendations to minimize risk. Represent the Software Project in any Audits. Ensure that compliance with Software Deployment policies and procedures.
