About The Position

At InteliChart, we’re transforming how healthcare organizations connect with patients through innovative SaaS solutions. We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer who is passionate about building high-quality software and helping teams deliver meaningful impact in the healthcare space. In this role, you’ll play a key part in the full software development lifecycle—collaborating in Agile ceremonies, shaping technical solutions, estimating effort, and delivering high-quality features and fixes all the way through release. Beyond writing great code, you’ll help elevate the team by driving continuous improvement through retrospectives and providing technical leadership by mentoring and onboarding junior developers. If you enjoy solving complex problems, improving development practices, and contributing to technology that supports better healthcare experiences, we’d love to hear from you. Requirements

  • 7+ years of web focused software development experience.
  • .NET development experience.
  • SQL Development experience.
  • MVC and/or Web Service development experience.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Remote workspace: creative space for innovation and productivity.
  • Front end web experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with a healthcare and/or technology company.
  • Front end development experience with jQuery and modern JS based frameworks and libraries

Responsibilities

  • Attend daily scrum; update user story and defect statuses in TFS in a timely manner.
  • Attend technical requirements review meetings.
  • Attend sizing meetings; communicate and evaluate the estimated number of effort points required to implement, verify, and validate each user story.
  • Participate in development sprints; complete the implementation of assigned user stories, including the correction of any verified and validated bugs on those stories before the end of the allocated sprint duration.
  • Participate in triage and fixing of production bugs
  • Participate in product regression; resolve product regression bugs prior to product release.
  • Participate in product release; ensure new releases pass QA tests.
  • Attend post-sprint retrospective meetings, contributing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Onboarding and mentoring of junior developers.
