Come be a part of the exciting digital transformation happening at Munters! We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join the Data Center Technologies team. This role will be part of a team that focuses on building, maintaining, and evolving applications, end-to-end, creating new and innovative ways that we support our customers and enable our employees.

  • Work cross functionally with stakeholders across the organization to understand key requirements and be part of creating needed user-stories.
  • Gather information from stakeholders, understand and analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative digital solutions.
  • Actively design, develop and deploy solutions for user-stories.
  • Work across the full development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Actively taking the time to mentor more junior colleagues.
  • Work in a team, ensuring that success and failure are shared.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with some of it being in Java.
  • Familiarity with web development concepts, including React, Typescript, HTML and CSS.
  • Passion for technology and learning.
  • Team player with a desire to share knowledge and learn new technologies.
  • Experience working with development tools and concepts such as git and continuous integration/delivery.
  • Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, integrations and developing APIs is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
