About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Developer to join a collaborative, high-performing team focused on building and maintaining innovative software solutions. Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong coding skills in one or more commonly used programming languages (Python, Java, C++, C#, Ruby).
• Experience designing and improving relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with programming tools and frameworks such as Perl, Go, Vue.js, jQuery, Ajax, git, Linux environments, ETL frameworks, and messaging frameworks (rabbitmq).
• Solid understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Adaptable and able to work independently in a flexible, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance back-end software systems to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Contribute to front-end development projects as needed, delivering clean and efficient code.
• Design and improve relational data models using databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Participate in Agile software development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems, ensuring reliable software delivery.
• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance development quality.
