About The Position

The Senior Software Deployment Technical Consultant at Hewlett Packard Enterprise is responsible for providing technology consulting to both external customers and internal project teams. This role involves delivering technical solutions that meet customer business needs, maintaining effective customer relationships, and contributing to the company's solutions portfolio. The consultant will lead technical assessments, manage implementation of technology solutions, and support sales activities while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in technology consulting or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area, or equivalent experience (11+ years total without a degree).
• Must have a minimum of a SECRET security clearance.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and enterprise technology solutions.
• Ability to design and scope multiple deliverables across various technologies.
• Demonstrated innovation and communication of new deliverables and offerings.
• Experience leading teams in the delivery of multiple technology solutions.
• Ability to develop solutions that enhance the availability and performance of customer enterprises.
• Understanding of architectural dependencies of technologies in use in customer IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Verify and implement detailed technical design solutions as identified by the Project/Technical Manager.
• Provide detailed technical designs for enterprise solutions.
• Analyze and develop enterprise technology solutions as the Principal Consultant.
• Lead technical assessments and delivery of specific technical solutions to customers.
• Coordinate implementation of new installations, designs, and migrations for technology solutions.
• Provide advanced technical consulting and advice on proposal efforts, solution design, and system management.
• Collect and determine data from appropriate sources to assist in determining customer needs and requirements.
• Develop customer technology solutions using various industry products and technologies.
• Engage in technical problem solving across multiple technologies and develop new methods as needed.
• Own and manage knowledge sharing within the community and encourage contributions from team members.
