About The Position

We are looking for a skilled Software Architect to join our dynamic team with one of the biggest players in finance in the country. This position is a part of the Algo Collateral project. Our client is searching for a specialist in Collateral Management, with extensive experience in .NET, domain architecture, DevOps, and AI on a senior level. General Responsible for Algo Collateral Architecture and DevOps & AI CoE trajectory and implementation for LC&I.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Risk, Derivatives, and Collateral Management
• Senior-level expertise in .NET, domain architecture, DevOps, and AI
• Confidence in communicating with both technical and business stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with full-stack development (.NET, Angular, PowerShell)
• Solid understanding of ADO, GHEC, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with MSSQL and Data Warehousing
• Knowledge of design patterns, microservices, and Domain-Driven Design
• Familiarity with TDD, BDD, and tools like SonarQube
• Interest or experience in GenAI, Code AI tools, and MCP

Responsibilities

• Driving feature development end-to-end, from idea to production
• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, squads, and tribes
• Mentoring and supporting team members as they grow
• Continuously improving code quality and engineering standards
• Enhancing DevOps practices and system monitoring
• Optimising and reducing IT run costs
