About The Position

Arlluk Technology Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior Software Application Developer with a Top-Secret clearance to support ATS and our government customer in Winchester, VA. This position is for a senior level developer to support the FBI’s Information Management Division by applying information technology solutions to their business processes. This developer would be responsible for development and maintenance of web applications and services. Responsibilities could include all aspects of the software development life cycle including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, integration, and deployments. This position is in a team environment and involves collaboration with and supporting other team members.

Requirements

Expertise Knowledge in Agile and DevSecOps development methodologies
Expertise Knowledge in #C/.Net and Blazer - Web-Based application development
Expertise Knowledge in Javascript, NodeJS and NOSQL
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience plus 5 years
Working Knowledge with CI/CD Pipelines in Jenkins and GitLab Runner
Working Knowledge with Docker
Top Secret clearance required

Builds and extends software applications in varying (cloud, hybrid cloud, and on-premise) environments.
Ensures applications are designed to be highly available, observable, and durable via software engineering best practices.
Works with business and systems analysts to understand end-user requirements and translate those into pragmatic and effective technical solutions.
Works closely with onsite and remote frontend, backend, and operations engineers to ensure deliverables are well-documented, secure, and resilient.
Engages in ongoing quality and performance improvement to ensure reliability and security.
