About The Position
UTHealth Houston Sienna Multispecialty Clinic is hiring a Senior Social Worker - Hybrid (LCSW) to join their team of professionals. Hiring a LCSW to support primary and specialty patients is critical to the clinic as they continue behavioral health integration activities, assist physicians and APPs in the delivery of whole person care, and mitigate the number of patients loss to follow-up.
