About The Position
HealthPartners is currently hiring a Senior SMS Infrastructure Administrator. The administrator has a pivotal role that significantly influences support, application delivery, and patch compliance. This position is responsible for performing both software and hardware maintenance, managing patches, and upgrading firmware. Additionally, this role maintains desktop documentation and hardware asset inventories. A key responsibility of the administrator is to conduct impact and risk analysis for software and hardware releases, ensuring thorough testing and assessment are completed before any enterprise-wide deployment. The SMS Infrastructure Senior reports to the Manager of Infrastructure Deployment Services and will be part of a team of eight, which includes a QA Manager, SMS Administrators, Engineers, and an Analyst.
