About The Position

The Site Supervisor oversees daily on‑site activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications. This role supports the coordination and completion of activities on schedule, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. The Site Supervisor is responsible for monitoring progress, directing on‑site personnel, and communicating updates to project leadership. The successful candidate will work directly with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on‑site deliverables meet expectations and adhere to timelines. The Site Supervisor may also assist in identifying staffing needs or supporting the onboarding of new field personnel as required This position typically requires field experience, familiarity with construction or site operations practices, and the ability to exercise judgment in coordinating day‑to-day work. The Site Supervisor performs a variety of hands‑on and supervisory tasks, often directing the work of others and adapting to evolving site conditions. A strong degree of problem-solving and on‑site decision‑making is expected.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of work experience in site supervision, construction management, or a related field. Adapted from working experience requirement.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Solid organizational abilities with strong attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with basic site documentation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent hands‑on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations to ensure all activities are completed on time and within defined scope and constraints.
  • Implement and maintain detailed on‑site work plans and schedules, coordinating with internal teams and field staff.
  • Monitor changes to on‑site requirements, timelines, or resource needs, escalating issues as needed.
  • Coordinate internal crews and on‑site third‑party vendors to ensure smooth workflow and safe execution of tasks.
  • Track and measure on‑site performance using appropriate checklists, tools, and reporting methods.
  • Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and other stakeholders.
  • Meet with clients and project leaders to clarify work requirements and report on on‑site progress.
  • Escalate challenges, delays, or safety concerns to project management as necessary.
  • Perform additional on‑site duties as assigned by project leadership
