We are seeking a forward-thinking, collaborative senior quality manager to lead the quality function at our manufacturing plant. This critical leadership role ensures that all products meet customers, industry, and regulatory standards while driving a culture of quality excellence. The senior quality manager will develop and implement strategic quality initiatives, oversee audits, and lead a team of quality engineers and analysts to optimize manufacturing processes and minimize defects. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires close collaboration with production, engineering, and global quality teams to ensure plant-wide quality improvements. This position will be located on-site at our Jonestown, PA, manufacturing plant.
