Beyond Yoga operates as a standalone brand with the benefit of LS&Co.'s global capabilities to help it achieve its goals of brand-building, store opening, category expansion and distribution. The Senior Site Merchant will manage the consumer experience and online merchandising strategies for our Beyond Yoga E-commerce business. Reporting into the VP of E-commerce, you will bring merchandising strategy and manage daily work of site operations. You will combine the need for consumer obsession, innovative thinking, data-based prioritization, and cross functional management skills to deliver an impactful brand experience that builds consumer connectivity and drives performance and brand storytelling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, product management or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising.
  • Comfort with tasks related to analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with Shopify Plus and related apps.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Pivot Tables, V Look ups.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an end-to-end online merchandising strategy in service of achieving revenue goals and optimizing the consumer experience.
  • Collaborate with teams including marketing, buying, planning and creative to develop important product and brand campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators including sales, conversion, AURs, UPT, and category performance.
  • Oversee site execution and QA daily.
  • Lead site review meetings with team to ensure product sorts and details are optimized and accurate, inclusive of all product detail page assets, navigation and category sorts.
  • Partner with marketing teams in product messaging, selection and important linking strategies including pre season briefing/ planning, shot lists/ asset needs, and in season execution.
  • Guide product recommendation strategies through on site tools like Rebuy and Firework.
  • Partner with buying, planning and allocation teams to monitor demand planning metrics (inventory, open-to-buy) to ensure stock levels to increase conversion.
  • Partner with digital marketing teams to complete 360 brand and product storytelling moments and brand campaigns; offer feedback on linking strategies and content to enhance site.
  • Influence on site content, navigation, A/B testing, personalization and feature/functionality roadmaps through in-depth knowledge of consumer behavior on site.
  • Monitor external market and develop competitive analysis (product, promotion, trend, and execution) to maximize in-season management and influence future global line architecture.
