About The Position

The Senior Site Manager supervises day-to-day operations and staff at Managed Services (MS) sites. Approximately 80% of time will be spent on management duties and no more than 20% on operating production equipment. Responsibilities include developing and implementing procedures, invoicing accounts, interacting with customers, and ensuring acceptable profit levels while meeting customer expectations. This role involves a high degree of customer interface and oversight of 13+ employees or $80K+ in monthly services revenue at a single site.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years in a related field.
  • Experience delivering classroom or informal training sessions.
  • Advanced machine operation and complex job handling experience.
  • Goal-setting and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient PC skills with standard business software.
  • Ability to stay current with technology and industry trends.

  • Serve as primary customer contact for MS and as needed for BDS/LDS.
  • Provide workflow and machine operation training when necessary.
  • Maintain audit and deadline compliance goals.
  • Improve employee retention by meeting turnover and tenure targets.
  • Hold team accountable for quality and efficiency of work.
  • Implement performance and operational procedures for consistency.
  • Ensure proper staffing by aligning employee skills with production demands.
  • Resolve pricing, order, and invoicing issues in collaboration with sales.
  • Motivate employees and recognize achievements promptly.
  • Communicate job expectations and provide coaching, training, and evaluations.
  • Complete site reports and required documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
