About The Position

The Senior Site Manager is responsible for supervising day-to-day operations and staff at a Managed Services (MS) site. The role involves 80% management and 20% operational support. This individual ensures procedures are followed, customer expectations are met, and profit levels are maintained. The role includes high levels of customer interaction and oversees a team of 13+ employees or $80K+ in monthly service revenue at a single location.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in a related field.
• Experience delivering both classroom and informal training.
• Proficiency in operating advanced print/production equipment.

• Complete required site reports and administrative documentation.
