Dewberry is currently seeking a Senior Site/Civil Project Manager for our Richmond, VA office. The successful candidate will have technical, project management, and market access responsibilities to lead site/civil design projects in the public sector and institutional markets.   • Lead teams in all aspects of site/civil project design including site layout, site planning, grading, storm water management, erosion & sediment control, roadways, utilities, and permitting for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
  • Manage design for multiple projects.
  • Assist with business development/marketing/proposal efforts.
  • Oversee, train and mentor junior/mid-level staff.
  • Work closely with clients and agency staff, including attendance at public and/or construction meetings and also represent the company at other events as needed.
  • BS degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of directly related experience.
  • Virginia PE license required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple project assignments concurrently.
  • Ability to work and interact with clients, maintain project budgets and schedules.
  • Ability to provide technical expertise to design staff.
  • Desire to work in a team environment.
  • Strong computer skills utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D, storm water modeling software, as well as Microsoft Office programs.
