About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Single Sign-On (SSO) Information Security Engineer responsible for installing, deploying, managing, and supporting production operations for Single Sign-On applications such as Okta, Ping, Azure AD, HYPR, and Siteminder. The role involves handling incident, change, and problem management issues related to these applications, ensuring security compliance, and providing technical support and consulting for internal clients.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Experience in installing and managing Ping, Siteminder, Azure AD and/or Okta application or any other Single Sign-on products
  • Experience in handling Incident, change and problem management issues
  • Advanced technical expertise in integrating applications with Ping, Siteminder, Azure AD and/or Okta application or any other Single Sign-on products
  • Ability to design and implement complex IAM solutions
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience SAML and/or OAUTH integrations
  • Azure AD Certification

Responsibilities

  • Lead or participate in end user facing incident response activities for moderately complex events
  • Conduct technical investigation of end user related incidents and post incident digital forensics to identify causes and recommend future mitigation strategies
  • Provide security consulting on medium projects for internal clients to ensure conformity with corporate information, security policy, and standards
  • Design, document, test, maintain, and provide issue resolution recommendations for moderately complex IAM solutions related to authentication and directory services
  • Provide Vulnerability and patch management for Windows and Linux based systems
  • Utilize subject matter knowledge in industry leading security solutions and best practices to implement components of information security such as availability, integrity, confidentiality, risk management, threat identification, modeling, monitoring, incident response, access management, and business continuity
  • Identify security vulnerabilities and issues, perform risk assessments, and evaluate remediation alternatives
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
