About The Position

Inova Fairfax is looking for a dedicated Senior Simulation Tech Coordinator to join the team. This role will be full-time Monday through Friday with variable shifts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree)
• 3 years of operating and managing medical simulation equipment, A/V or IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with content experts and various stakeholders to design and develop simulation scenarios.
• Effectively manages and documents medical simulation equipment and technology projects, purchases, implementation strategies, and installations.
• Maintains and updates medical simulation and technology equipment and software to prevent extended downtime and outages.
• Facilitates repair and replacement of medical simulation and technology equipment to ensure minimized downtime and impact to the department.
• Creates innovative and effective practices to proactively improve and maintain technologies to optimize capabilities and minimize technology and equipment issues.
