The Shopper Marketing Senior Specialist will play a key role in the planning, development and project management for all Shopper Marketing efforts at Sprouts. This position will lead the measurement, analysis, and strategic practices for shopper marketing and retail media campaigns. Including assisting in the development and set up of key operational processes that enable the ongoing efforts of our measurement capabilities, contributing to the overall financial health of the Sprouts business. While this role will primarily own key elements of our campaign measurement and optimization practices, this individual will also lean in where possible to assist in continuing to strengthen and align with internal stakeholders across Marketing and Merchandising. This individual will also have the opportunity to hone their strategic skill sets (ex. assisting in yearly planning) bridging ideas to executions, all while maintaining a highly organized and detailed approach. They will gain an understanding of the multi-faceted areas in Sales & Marketing that are required to support a leading, national grocery company.
