You'll support and develop team members, help guests with any needs, and ensureexcellent service while guiding the team to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead 5-minute pre-shift huddles to align the team with daily objectives and priorities.
  • Set the standard by fostering a positive, engaging environment for both team members andguests.
  • Collaborate with management to identify strengths, address concerns, and support teamdevelopment.
  • Drive financial success by managing revenue, labor costs, and encouraging upselling efforts.
  • Own the guest experience by proactively resolving concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Support operational efficiency through inventory management across Food & Beverage, Bar,Concessions, and Arcade.
