As an Oracle Services Sales Representative, you will leverage the Oracle reputation and sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share. Requirements

  • Minimum of 8+ years’ experience working in a direct field sales role.
  • IT Sales for a solution consulting organization in the areas outlined above.
  • Oracle technology product knowledge.
  • Experience selling complex, multi-pillar sales solutions.
  • Strong internal relationships with the rest of the Oracle Account ecosystem.
  • Ability to segment a market/territory and define sales & demand generation strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of driving the entire sales cycle, including qualifying customers and opportunities.
  • Ability to assemble and leverage the pursuit team while maintaining control of the deal.
  • Strong presentation skills for customer solutions.
  • Ability to negotiate terms and pricing with procurement/vendor management.
  • Experience in building and executing close plans and forecasting accurate numbers.
  • Experience negotiating contract terms & conditions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in consultative selling of enterprise service solutions within large Fortune 100 accounts.
  • Strong collaborative skills with both internal and external partners.
  • Ability to gain immediate credibility with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

  • Services Sales Executive for all Oracle Technology, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) products and services and Oracle SaaS.
  • Focus areas include IaaS and PaaS services, SaaS services, Oracle Enterprise Architecture Services, Database Services (Migration Factory, Golden Gate, Data Guard, RAC, ASM, OEM), System and performance and architecture, Exa Platform Services, Application testing, performance tuning, and Data Center Consolidation.
  • Responsible for qualifying and developing value-add propositions for Oracle customers.
  • Find and generate new customers, develop new accounts and/or expand existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.
  • Act as experts in the field and may be assigned to large, complex, highly visible, strategic, or tactically important accounts; may also act in a leadership capacity.
