About The Position

At Workday, we are looking for a Senior Services Sales Executive in the Healthcare sector. This role is pivotal in leading, planning, managing, and executing all Professional Services business development activities, particularly focusing on Healthcare Financials and/or Supply Chain Management solutions. You will collaborate closely with Workday Account Executives to drive subscription sales in the Healthcare market segment. Your responsibilities will include developing deployment strategies, preparing estimates, proposals, and contracts, and ensuring customer success in their deployment projects. Requirements

  • 10+ years of business, implementation consulting sales and/or subscription sales experience with ERP solutions.
  • 6+ years of proven ability with Workday and/or any SaaS Financials and/or Supply Chain Management solutions.
  • 6+ years of healthcare provider industry experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, manage, and execute all Professional Services business development activities.
  • Drive Workday Subscription sales in the Healthcare market segment.
  • Engage with customers to develop deployment strategies and plans.
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts.
  • Build and validate Professional Services Proposals and high-level Project Plans.
  • Cultivate relationships with Workday Service Partners.
  • Maintain accurate and timely prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.
  • Lead, negotiate, and close Professional Services Agreements and Statements of Work.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $143,000 - $214,500 USD.
