About The Position

As a Senior Services Field Manager , you’ll lead and support our on-site teams handling estate sales, cleanouts, relocations, and home organization projects. You’ll ensure every job is completed with care, efficiency, and compassion — the Caring Transitions way.

Requirements

• Leadership and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Positive, compassionate attitude
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate field teams during on-site projects
• Lead projects from START to FINISH
• Oversee packing, sorting, organizing, emptying, liquidating and cleaning out homes
• Communicate with employees to ensure maximum efficiency, teach, train & lead with positivity!
• Manage project timelines and quality standards
• Maintain supplies for daily operations
